Only one user account per person is allowed. Users can not withdraw from the transaction once items have been received by us. Cancellations up to that point may incur a charge equivalent to the Royal Mail ® or Courier cost incurred by Green Disc. Green Disc will reject any items that did not form part of your original photographic uploads, or any repeat transactions (users are attempting to trade the same discs more than once). Such items will be recycled, not returned, and you will not be paid for these items. Condition of Discs Only Region 2 UK release DVD’s & Blu-rays are accepted at present (PAL). All discs must be in the correct case & complete with original cover (sleeve). Light surface scratches are usually accepted, however, serious damage such as (but not limited to) deep scratches, cracks and dents, water damage is not accepted and may result in an adjustment to the quoted value or rejection of the entire transaction. Scuffed or scratched cases are perfectly acceptable, as are a small percentage of cracked and broken cases. We would expect the average home collection to have up to 5% of cases damaged. Original inserts & artwork should be included where relevant, and should not be torn, significantly damaged, defaced or contain excessively obtrusive stickers or sticker marks. Excessive multiple copies of the same item may result in some items being rejected. Pirated “copy” discs or any item we suspect of being non-genuine will not be accepted under any circumstances and we reserve the right to take further action on this matter. Payment & Inspection We aim to inspect your items and post your cheque within 48 hours of receipt, but this may be longer at busy times. Please also bear in mind Post Office ® branch and courier transit times for your product to reach us. Payment will be made by cheque and will be sent by 1st Class post. Cheques will be made out & posted to the name and address provided at the time of registration - so please ensure that these details are correct to avoid delays and or your bank refusing to process the cheque. Green Disc may charge a fee for re-issuing any cheques as a result of incorrect details being logged. This fee will be deducted from the payment amount. The payment amount will be as quoted by our website/email at the time you completed your transaction. Payment is subject to all items being satisfactorily inspected against the criteria detailed above in the “Condition of Discs” section. Items that do not meet the criteria detailed may be “Rejected”. Any “Rejected” items will result in an adjustment to the payment amount (equal to the amount we originally estimated for that item). In severe cases we may reject the entire transaction. You will be notified in both instances by email. We are unable to return any “Rejected” items at our cost (or any items that are received in addition to those agreed during the original website transaction). However, you may be given the option of us returning these items at your cost. This depends on whether we deem the quantity / value of “rejected” items to warrant return, otherwise “rejected” items will be responsibly recycled. Green Disc’s decision is final on these matters. All quoted figures & payments include VAT at the applicable current UK rate. Postage By Post Office ® branch (up to 100 discs): We recommend that you request & obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office ® branch when you send your parcel to us.
