- Only Region 2 (UK release) DVD’s & Blu-rays are accepted at present (PAL).

- All discs must be in the correct case & complete with original cover (sleeve).

- Light surface scratches are accepted.

- However, serious damage such as (but not limited to) deep scratches, cracks and dents, water damage is not accepted.

- Scuffed or scratched cases are perfectly acceptable.

- Cracked and broken cases are also acceptable
(We would expect the average home collection to have up to 5% of cases damaged).

- Original inserts & artwork should be included where relevant, and should not be torn, significantly damaged, defaced or contain excessively obtrusive stickers or sticker marks.

- Pirated “copy” discs or any item we suspect of being non-genuine will not be accepted under any circumstances and we reserve the right to take further action on this matter.
